If you've ever tried learning something new, you know how embarrassing it can feel at the beginning when you're just getting started.
Perhaps you're learning a new language, a new sport, or entering a new field for work. Whatever it may be, the early stages are the most difficult.
However, the early stages of growth are also when you're most receptive to feedback, because you know that you lack experience in what you're doing.
Once you begin to learn, the beginner's mindset often dissipates. Pride and ignorance enter, because you think you know your stuff already. You become satisfied with what you know already.
