When it comes to achieving our goals, most of us have a gap between our intentions and our actions. We often know what we have to do to get what we want, but struggle to take action because it's uncomfortable, difficult or too risky. Ironically, we can be our own biggest obstacles.
There was a time in my life when I lacked motivation to do basic things like get out of bed, go to the gym, do my studies or approach women. As I got older I realized that the only obstacle was myself, and the missing link between me and what I could become was self-discipline.
