Enforcing positive changes in our lives is always a product of one thing. What kind of habits we are practicing. Our habits are the things we do frequently, sometimes unconsciously, that don’t depend on motivation. We may be tired in the morning, but we go to work anyways because it’s our duty. We may be feeling lazy, but we make an effort to go to the gym and train hard.
Starting and maintaining Stoic habits are no different in the sense that, if practiced regularly, give us more peace and clarity. It all comes down to doing the simple things well and reinforcing good behaviour. With that said, here are four simple Stoic habits to practice daily and make you more grateful, focused, and accountable.
