Weekly Reflection
Once again it’s Wednesday, and I hope you’re all having a productive week while dedicating time to philosophy. I don’t know about you, but as I get older I find that time begins passing even faster. Days blend into weeks and weeks blend into months. It’s important to stop and look around every once in a while to appreciate where you are currently and how far you’ve come, because life passes quickly.
This week I want to return to some of the core principles of Stoicism. The distilled lessons that we practice day in and day out. Even though we may spend years without reaching ataraxia, we must always have some aim to work towards. With that in mind, I’ve compiled a list of five key Stoic actions that are distilled from the quotes and the books, that can serve you as daily reminders to bring you closer to inner tranquility.
