Feedback is valuable. In fact without feedback, we could never grow. The problem though, is when feedback crosses the line to useless negativity. When instead of it being actionable, it's solely insulting.
Dealing with negative comments, advice, or insults is never fun, and can sometimes be damaging. It makes us question who we are as people, the beliefs we hold, and even the value of the hark work we put into our goals.
Separating yourself from negative feedback is key to staying true to yourself and helps you avoid having others bring you down.
