Weekly Reflection

Sometimes the most effective way to push us toward action is by an example of what can happen if we do the complete opposite. So goes the story of King George IV. He was a notorious glutton. For breakfast, he regularly ate two pigeons, three steaks, and washed it all down with bottle of wine and a glass of brandy. 

At one point he grew so fat that he couldn't lie down because the weight of his own chest would asphyxiate him. He also struggled with basic tasks like signing documents and self-hygiene.
